I joined the practice in 2007 and it's safe to say I love my role within the practice .
Since being at the Glaven vets, I have completed my British veterinary receptionist accredited course (BVRA) Bronze ,Silver and Gold, which has led to me becoming an Accredited veterinary receptionist.
After completing the courses, I was very lucky to be chosen to become a council member for the British veterinary reception association in the Uk. Which allows me to promote being a veterinary receptionist and to write training courses and articles for the job that we do.
Customer service is extremely important to me as well as massive doggy and cat cuddles! While I'm not at work I spend my time relaxing at home with my husband mark and family.
In my spare time I love to do gel nails especially over coffee or drinks with my friends. And spending time going away, when possible, for a rest!
I have a lovely pure white cat called padmae who was a little rescue kitten that was found in a field and brought into work.
